2011 100+ READING CHALLENGE.

Thanks to JENNERS informing us she was participating in this years 100+ Reading Challenge (click HERE to see how she is getting on) I thought why not, I'll be reading the books anyway and am hoping to pass last years total of 86 books read.
THE RULES.
The goal is to read 100 or more books. Anyone can join. You don’t need a blog to participate. Posting on GoodReads or wherever you post your reviews is good enough.

Audio, Re-reads, eBooks, YA, Manga, Graphic Novels, Library books, Novellas, Young Reader, Nonfiction – as long as the book has an ISBN or equivalent or can be purchased as such, the book counts. What doesn’t count: Individual short stories or individual books in the Bible.

No need to list your books in advance. You may select books as you go. Even if you list them now, you can change the list if needed.

Crossovers from other reading challenges count.

Challenge begins January 1st through to December 2011. Books started before the 1st do not count. You can join at anytime.

When you sign up under Mr. Linky, put the direct link to your post where your books will be listed. Include the URL to this post so that other viewers can find this fun challenge. If you’d prefer to put your list in the sidebar of your blog, please leave your viewers the link to the sign up page. Again, so viewers can join the challenge too.

I always join this one because I read 100+ books anyways, and it is a great place to track them all as well. Have fun!

Good luck to you, Tracy, I think you can do it.

That is a real challenge.I start many at a time, but often do not complete, unless they are real good.

Reading 100 books in a year is more difficult than doing 1000 blog posts.. at least for me..! I am sure there are many contenders..! All the best to those..

One hundred books?! *whistles* I admire your bravery.

Good luck on this challenge. You are correct in that you will probably read that much anyway. Maybe I will do it too!! Thanks.

Good luck! It's not one I'll be joining in with as I only read half that this year, I think. That and I have a nephew on the way and I suspect my reading time might get a little shorter!

Let the reading begin!
Good luck, Petty!

As much as you read, you should have it made. I might try this, if for no other reason than to do a better job at keeping track of the books I read.

Good luck! My goal for 2011 is to read 100 books too, so here's hoping we both make it! :)

You know me well, I don't think I would be able to do this. let me be honest about it. But I will be surely here to see and read your reviews.

Wow! I'm thinking 50 is more my speed. I do like challenges to maybe, just maybe, if I can't find a 50 challenge for 2012...I'll just start one! Sandra
