So many books, so little time said...

Happy new year wee love <3

I read - The Puppet Show - LOVE Tilly and if you haven't already, read book 2. The first chapter has a horrific graphic scene related to animal cruelty but after that, epic.

Gone girl I read ages ago and liked, seems a marmite book.

Dodgers - wasn't for me and I was very much in the minority.

A Spot of Bother, read years ago - can't remember how I found it, think it was pre reviewing days.

The Host I liked, reminded me of old school sci fy movie

I read a couple of Christmas books but none of the ones you did. I also didn't complete my Goodreads challenge, I always do +1 more of whatever I read the year before.

I do the book jar challenge and had £172 in it so I am happy and have started 2020 jar, think this is maybe my 3rd year doing it.

Wow! You read an impressive number of books I am a bit jealous.

Happy New Year and happy reading in 2020!

Despite not feeling well and missing an entire month, you did a remarkable amount of reading this year. Well done!! I like that you always share your favorite covers. My favorite of those shown is the first, A Secret History of Witches.

Now that I'm doing monthly reading wrap-ups, I didn't do a wrap-up for the year. I did undertake a "decade wrap-up", though, that was great fun putting together. It was interesting looking back over the past ten years!

Hope this year is getting off to a good reading start for you!

Felicity,
Your list of books read in 2019
is truly interesting, varied and
impressive. During last year I
added several books, after I read
your reviews, to my list.
And I would like to wish to you and
Mr. T. all the best for 2020!

I enjoy Jenny Colgan's writing style and need to dive into more of her books. I am so glad to see A Secret History of Witches on your list. I want to read that one. It looks like you had a good reading year, Felicity, even if you didn't quite reach your Goodreads goal. Have a Happy New Year!

Great job on your reading last year - even if you were a little shy of your goal. That's still a lot of books!! I hope 2020 is amazing for you - both personal and bookish.
