And slowly working its way down that mountain is Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper - I don't know what it is about this book, it's been on said mountain for ages now and whilst I do keep picking it up I always end up putting it back again.
Not any more though.......
In a recent REALLY RANDOM TUESDAY post Suko challenged us to join her in her
Consider me challenged Suko.
And whilst on the subject of my blogger buddies may I put out a plea to ANIMEWOOKIE @ My Gallery Of Worlds or to any other bloggers who may visit her and are willing to pass on a message or even to any bloggers who may have the solution to my problem.
I've tried many times recently to visit Anime and though her posts appear whenever I try to leave a comment I either get no further than a swirling blue circle, a sign something is being downloaded if I'm not mistaken, or I get a message saying 'Blogspot is unable to respond due to a long running error script' which closes the programme. Apologies to Anime for my lack of visits and HELP!!!!!!!!
PS Just thought I'd let you know I have begun My Sister's Keeper and, though only a few chapters in, have to say I'm finding it interesting reading.

Thats a lot of books to be read!! Will take ages for me to read that much...
Hope you finish them quickly, Have a wonderful weekend Tracy:)
Petty, you have made my day! I hope you enjoy My Sister's Keeper, and look forward very much to your review.
I am looking forward to hearing more about Suko's challenge.
I can't even find Animewookie's regular blog. I put one of them up on my google reader but no posts seem to appear. So would love the actual address.
Don't be embarassed, Tracy. I know if I were brave enough to actually measure mine it would be far taller than I (and I'm taller than you).
With a Kindle the TBR problem is somewhat easier to handle - my husband can´t see how much space MY books take ;)
If you have a different browser you might try that. Sometimes things just don't work in one might work in another.
I also understand about the tbr pile. Total sympathies!!
Oh my goodness! I'll look into it and see If I can do something to remedy that problem. Maybe I'll check out the HTML as I think Pat, (Here There and Everywhere) was having an issue with my blog as well. Thank you so much for bringing it to my attention :D
My husband thinks that I have begun a new art form using my TBR books as a new medium.
I;m interested in hearing how you feel about the book, the subject matter has always intrigued me.
:-)
Traci

I love Jodi's books, but they always make me cry. My Sister's Keeper was no exception, but I'm having problems getting through Nineteen Minutes for some reason.
And please let Husband dearest know that you aren't the only one with a towering TBR mountain. Mine is much, much taller than my humble 5'5" height! :o
I personally think that My Sister's Keeper is one of Picoult's best books. I think you'll end up liking it.
Enjoy My Sister's Keeper. I'm joining the challenge too.
