SOURCE ... Given to me by a friend, thanks Jim.
READ FOR A CHALLENGE? ... Late in signing up this year and unable to even begin to estimate what level I'll be able to attain I'm never the less participating in this year's Christmas Spirit Reading Challenge details of which can be found here.
MY THOUGHTS ... Featuring 12 of my favourite carols (even if some of the words/spellings are different than the ones I know/remember) all colourfully illustrated by a number of different illustrators I can't think of a better way to kick off the weeks leading up to Christmas than with a book featuring the words to ...
- Silent Night
- Away In A Manager
- The First Noel The Angels Did Say
- The Holly And The Ivy
- We Three Kings
- O Little Town Of Bethlehem
- Once In Royal David's City
- God Rest You Merry Gentleman
- Good King Wencelas
- Ding Dong Merrily On High
- The 12 Days Of Christmas
- Jingle Bells
Photocopied these would make lovely service sheets for any carol service, its just a shame that to do so would infringe the copyright.

I love traditional Christmas carols, both sacred and secular. This sounds like a fun book. :D
It is interesting that there is some variation on the words of Christmas Carols. The book sounds like a nice one to own.
What a fun idea for a Christmas book!
I'll have to check this out it looks fun. May even be a good present for my mother-in-law!
How delightful!
