A LONG ROAD ... BUT HE GOT THERE.

As some of you are aware Mr T's journey towards ordination has been a bit of a rocky one not just for himself but, also, a non-believer, myself. Still, in the words of Tammy Wynette what can a woman do but stand by her man?

And so without further ado I give you four of my favourite ordination pics ...

Any one know how to preserve the Mr T cake topper so kindly made by his vicar? The chair is ginger cake, the Mr T figure, I'm presuming easier to preserve, sugar.

Congratulations to Mr. T! Wish I had an idea on preserving the topper (other than a photo) so I'll wish you good luck on that front. Loved the pics.

Hi Tracy.

Sorry, that will be 'The Reverend and Mrs. Neal Terry', to be precise.

Seriously many Congratulations to you both, it looks as though you had a lovely day.

I have a friend whose husband was a teacher when they married and then announced, out of the blue, that he wanted to become a vicar. She is most definitely a non-believer herself, but they have been rubbing along quite nicely for many years now, without her needing to become too involved with church activities.

There are several forums discussing the preserving of cake toppers, but this is about the only truly coherent one I could find ...

You looked amazing by the way :)

Congratulations to Mr T, the photos look great and I hope all goes well as things move forward with this, for you both. I can imagine it's not always easy when you don't share your partner's beliefs but it's amazing to see you support him and hopefully it will be smooth sailing! Hope you're well lovely! - Tasha

Wow what a great post and congratulations to your husband, but how do you cope as he has a faith and you don't. That must be tough?
