Love that Dalek car. I would not mind owning it.
Looks like they picked the right model with the Fiat Multipla.
Fascinating about the sandwich. I guess the space in which it was enclosed preserved it.
I had to laugh at the cow out on the town, though scrolling down and seeing the cow on the roof was a little disconcerting!
It's always time for Christmas. :-) I need to start my Christmas shopping soon, now that you bring up the holiday . . .
Dalek? Cool! I'm with you on the Christmas in July. NO! :)
Awesome post! Was chuckling all the way through!
I have to admit, that's kind of cool about the car turned Dalek. :)
someone was saying earlier that their local shop was selling Christmas pudding already, well it is only 5 months away to Christmas :O
I must say, this is the only blog I visit that has these fab, fun, weird and wonderful stories on :D

Your snippets are always great. But honestly I miss the greater fun in not being able to go to each link and read the whole story.
omg about the sandwich and the Dalek is pretty neat.
Great post!
Hi Tracy,
I guess that with the school summer holidays almost upon us, then all thoughts will be turning to Christmas!
Harrods usually opens its Christmas shop during the summer holidays, so am sure you will come across this gem of information in the next few weeks!
I can't quite understand why a traditional Christmas meal is so abhorent, that we now need a new designer menu, at no doubt designer prices! I like brussel sprouts, but just how many ways can you use the juice!!
Great little find as always. Thanks.
Yvonne
I'm a little surprised that the church mice never found that old sandwich! And love the Dalek car! I want one! Brussels sprouts? No thank you! Much too early to think about Christmas now!
I love that almost 200 year old sandwich was found in an organ. Can't tell you why but that cracks me up. The Dr. Who car is cool and I'm glad that it's raising money for charity!
:-)

I am not ready to start thinking about Christmas. I am just getting fully into summer mode. :)
Wow` Can't believe the sandwich survived that long and that nothing got to it before it was discovered! Crazy!
M&S need to make some money to make up for their poor clothes sales. I think the food department is the only successful part of the business now, but I think even that isn't as good as it used to be. But to launch it in July just makes them look desperate!
