MY LOVE LIFE EXPLAINED.

Doing the rounds on FaceBook, I found this hard to resist ....

'His desk was a mahogany acre of real estate, his leather desk chair a throne.'
- Spirit and Dust by Rosemary Clement-Moore.

Hmm, I could make all kinds of comments about this sentences relevance to my love life - but won't.

So come on, now its your turn to spill the beans about what page 45 of your nearest read says about your love life.

Hmmm- that does bring to mind a few things!

My first line is from a MG book- Mom had gone to sleep a while ago. (I am not a mom, but this doesn't sound good for my love life- or maybe since I am not a mom it is okay...). lol Too funny!

Hi Tracy,

Here goes!

Page 45 of 'Sea Of Regret' by Carolyn Rose...

"I got two dollars." Sean rammed his hand into the pocket of his blue jean cutoffs, drew out a collection of coins, and counted, his lips moving. "And sixty-seven cents."

I can't think what that says about my sex life, apart from whether that sum of money is what I might be worth!

Have a great weekend.

I'm laughing at all of the responses here, including yours! What a hoot!

Mine is quite boring in comparison.

"In 1703 a storm of great power and endurance brought the realities of cyclones to the heart of London itself."

First full sentence from page 45 of Isaac's Storm by Erik Larson.

So many books, so little time said...

"Rosie could see it all from her balcony, three floors up at St George's Cross." Hmm what do you make of that?

My other half read his and it was about having the heebie jeebies and feeling better once covering the body with a sheet. - Lol I am offended

Siege Warfare by Christopher Duffy -

“These were the independent duchy of Lorraine, the three bishoprics of Metz, Toul and Verdun, and the Ardennes regions of Luxembourg and the south – eastern Netherlands.”

Go figure.

Mine says "Is this something you would like?" Which is pretty apt at the moment! :D

Nice one Petty.
Mine is: After we stole past the sign leading into Shalerville that night, we ducked into the shadows the few times we saw anyone.
