THE LITTLE BOOK OF EXTRAORDINARY CATS.

The third of three reviews I've posted today. If you haven't already done so be sure to read my thoughts on Friends For Life by Liz Murphy and Janet Jackson Superhost Janet Jackson Superhost by Becky Papworth.

My sincere apologies once again to Rachel of Rachel's Random Resources and authors, Liz Murphy, Becky Papworth and Anita Kelsey. Unfortunately ill health which resulted in a hospital stay has meant that I have been unable to post these blog tour reviews as agreed to.

THE LITTLE BOOK OF EXTRAORDINARY CATS by ANITA KELSEY.

Standalone Book
Discover the captivating world of fabulous felines in The Little Book Of Extraordinary Cats. Join Anita Kelsey on a journey through fifteen remarkable tales celebrating the courage, resilience, and affection of our beloved feline companions, from pioneering space traveller Félicette to therapy cat London Meow. Whether you’re a cat lover or seeking heart-warming stories of human-animal connections, this book is a must-read.

Not the first pawsome book I've read by this author, way back in 2020 I read and reviewed her Let's Talk About Cats: Conversations On Feline Behaviour.
Rather than a guide to cat behaviour, The Little Book Of Extraordinary cats, is a combination of tails about some pretty extraordinary felines.
Gorgeously printed; I loved the front cover and inner bookplates that divided each of the cats' stories and that's to say nothing of the full colour photographs of the cats ... It took just one glance at Oliver and I understand purrfectly how he enchanted a whole town.
From Biff who survived a recycling crusher to Scarlett who saved her kittens from a fire to Zebby who hears for his guardian. Not counting the numerous other pusses who get a brief mention for having experienced something similar to those featured, this is an truly funny, inspirational, uplifting, heartwarming, emotional read of 15 extraordinary cats.

Anita Kelsey holds a first class honours degree in Feline Behaviour and Psychology (work based BA Hons) and runs a vet referral service dedicated strictly to the diagnosis and treatment of behaviour problems in cats. She is also a qualified cat groomer and specialises in grooming challenging or phobic cats. Anita, a strong advocate of a vegan lifestyle, is based in East Sussex but consults all over the UK as well as international requests. She lives with her husband, a music producer, and 1 Norwegian Forest cat, Kiki.

Her first book 'Claws. Confessions Of A Professional Cat Groomer' was published by John Blake in 2017 with her second book, Let’s Talk About Cats  self published via Amazon worldwide in 2020. The Little Book Of Extraordinary Cats is Anita’s third book.

With thanks to Rachel of Rachel's Random Resources for organising a paper copy. One of several bloggers participating in the Blog Tour of this book, agree or disagree with me, all opinions are my own; no financial compensation was asked for nor given; threats of violence towards my favourite teddy bear went unheeded as did promises of chocolate.

This is definitely my favorite of the three books you reviewed today! I love the artwork on the cover of the book AND the author's photo with her cat. (a different cat from the one in your 2020 post!)
