Grandad is up to something.
When Bella wakes up to find him gone, she heads to the surface to look for him – but the world looks different.
Can Bella conquer her hear of the unknown to find out what is going on? And where is Grandad?
For bunny lovers everywhere. ... Synopsis
Something was different. ... First Sentence, {page unnumbered}
She was determined to find out, but Grandad took his glasses off and went to sleep.
Bella finally settled down too, but she couldn't get comfortable. She had so many questions and Grandad's only response was to snore louder. ... Memorable Moment {Page unnumbered}
MY THOUGHTS ... Oh my goodness! Where to begin with this exceptionally sweet read that is sure to be a hit with all those who have enjoyed a special relationship with their grandfather/grandchildren, with bunny lovers all over, or indeed with those who love sweet stories with cute illustrations?
With a nip of autumn in the air right now, with a hint of winter to come this is a perfect read for little ones; for nights spent in their favourite PJs, wrapped in their favourite blanket, their favourite teddy {or even toy rabbit} by their side.
"Wait and see what, Grandad?" Bella asked, but he just laughed again.
"Have patience little one."
With memories of both my grandad, of him saying "Have patience little one" and my childhood companion, my toy rabbit, Snowball, and the adventures we had, I adored this wintery tale of Bella and the special relationship she shared with her grandad.
ABOUT KATHY TALLENTIRE ... Writing is a relatively new part of my life. When I go to schools and am introduced as an author it is still a bit of a surprise to me!It was the birth of my daughter (in 2016) that changed everything. I had spent many years building up my career in accountancy, accumulating business qualifications and generally working hard in that one field.
Spending time with my little girl and reading hundreds of different children's stories really inspired me. My first book, Nana Duck, was published in 2017. It did well and I found that I enjoyed visiting schools and nurseries. There is nothing like reading your story and getting great reactions from a class full of eager little children.
Now, I'm having ideas all of the time. I'm so looking forward to bringing more stories into the world, to seeing my characters come to life through the talented illustrators that I work with, and inspiring more children in my local area and beyond.

This sounds like a delightful little story and if the rest of the illustrations are as nice as the cover art, it should be a winner overall.
This sounds like a lovely book and one I'll look for! Thanks for telling us about it.
Felicity,
This sounds like a precious
story about the special bond of
grandfathers and grandchildren.
And I agree with Kelly about
the illustrations.

I think my friend's little one would enjoy this one! :)
Great niece aged 3 would love this one read to her as her bedtime story, whilst her 5 year-old brother prefers to read his own stories to his parents at bedtime and is way past this level.
The one thing they have in common is their strong bond to my brother, their 'grampy'. He is the first person they seek out in a crowded room and the one they will go to if they need an adult playmate!
My 'grampy' died when I was 5, but I can still remember being able to wrap him around my little finger.
Being a real klutz at anything too arty, I am always in awe of the amazing illustrators there are around today and it must be lovely for Kathy to be able to relate so well to her young audiences, a real change from being an accountant!
You added a great spot on this Blog Tour, thanks for sharing :)
My grandbabies would love this one. It looks so sweet!
Sounds adorable. I think I will get this for my stepson.
That definitely sounds like a sweet read!
This sounds so adorable!
