ha! A thoroughbred horse as one of her bridesmaids? Given that I'm scared of horses, I would not have been able to attend that wedding.
That Jack Sparrow cake is pretty awesome.
Happy Monday!

The first two stories were my favorites. I loved the video of the Lego men in space!

We had a K9 officer put down recently due to cancer (after quite a few years in service) and his memorial service included bagpipes and K9 officers (and their partners) from other police forces.

Hi Tracy,

I had caught quite a few of your stories this week, although I think that my favourite has to be the 'Jack Sparrow' cake, which was totally amazing.

Thanks for the alternative news update, as always it makes for great reading.

I really like the first two stories! I didn't realise that space probe landed close to Chesterfield! My own fault for not reading the papers I guess, haha!

Love the fact that the police dogs are getting something to make sure they are taken care of after their service. We had one with a full ceremony here after he was put down b/c of cancer. It was on all the news.

The one about Batman/Robin, the Hoff and a Smurf sounded like it was going to be the start of a joke. :)

The audacious bride ! well that was a way of thinking different!

I liked the idea to see police dogs at par with their bipedal colleagues.

My wife wants us to get goats. One of her selling points is that they will take care of lawn mowing. I really do not want to show her that piece...

When I read the story in the newspaper about the flat in Bristol I just thought it was unbelievable! :D

That cake is crazy! I can't imagine creating something like that! Wow! The pictures of the flat for sale are crazy- I guess they weren't thinking.

I always love reading these different stories! Thanks for searching them out. :)

I've heard of having dogs as ringbearers, so guess a horse as a bridesmaid isn't too much of a stretch.

Love the idea of the Jack Sparrow cake, but Jack Sparrow in person would be even better! ;)
