I want a Dalek sculpture in my yard.
The Hedgehog is a fine choice for a national species.
That expensive burger looks just like the soy burgers I use to eat when I was a vegetarian.
I know you must have been quite pleased with the hedgehog selection! I was glad to see the badger came in second. I finished up that Beatrix Potter series and badgers played a big role in most of the books.
There really should be a tradition established for reusing (disposing of?) wedding gowns.
Hi Tracy,
There is an article about the 'manufactured burger' on the BBC site:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-23576143
I was listening to an interview with one of the scientists on the radio this morning and apparently the burger begins life as a white substance, which then has to be mixed with breadcrumbs and a beetroot solution to give it some colour. If this is the sign of things to come, I am seriously thinking of becoming a vegetarian!
Happy Monday - enjoy your dinner!!
Yvonne
Ew on the burger. YaY! For the hedgehog. I also like the redo of Lady Britannia.
That Dalek looks bloody brilliant, will need to share that one with my friends who are Dr Who fanatics!

Yes, the beefburger being grown in a lab is just yucky. Go hedgehogs! That's neat.
The pet wigs are utterly crazy but so cute as well! I heard about the stem cell burger on the radio today. Very amusing Monday post, as usual.
This is hard to believe that this kind of burger will be served. REALLY INTERESTING :)
Who knew it would become popular to destroy wedding gowns? Fascinating!
I was astounded by the news of the Petri dish dish burger and most of the whopping cost that it entailed to create one .
Well today's scientific possibility may be certainly tomorrows commercial success.
I Guess you are wonderfully obsessed with hedgehogs.
Love gold coins, so prety
Hedgehogs are adorable!
The burger sounds rather gross, and I do want that gold coin, but because it has an owl on it--reminds me of Athena. :)
Another friend posted up about the most expensive burger...hmm....i wonder what will be next

big hugs~
