I love your grandad's saying! Too funny! And you really have to wonder about some of these people. Guess it makes it easier to catch them though, so the police must be happy!

I must say, your "oops" gif really sums up this edition of Media Monday! Oh the irony of that fellow destined for the electric chair. The getaway donkey was cute.

That man (from Cheshire) is such an idiot! He probably smoked way too much and now his brain is just ...mushy.. lol. :)

Hi Tracy,

My parents always said 'that if I had brains I would be dangerous' and the older I am getting, the more this rings true!

I read somewhere on the BBC, that not only did the chap try to climb the mountain in his flip-flops, but that the friend who was climbing with him couldn't help when the accident happened, as he was climbimg in bare feet! They should be billed for the full cost of search, rescue, recovery and hospital treatment!!

I don't know whether other folks from Durham have the same view as the girl I work with, who hails from that far flung corner of the country. She hates Yorkshire folk with a vengeance, so a slip up such as this MP made, would never have been tolerated and she would probably have been lynched!

Great stories as usual ... Happy Monday!

Yvonne
